To be on top of the situation, the actor aka Khiladi has flown back from the UK to India. The Bell Bottom actor had reportedly flown off to UK to shoot for his upcoming film Cinderella. However, after getting the news of her mother’s admission, he rushed back to India.

According to reports, the actor’s mother – Mrs. Aruna Bhatia – was admitted to the extremely popular Mumbai-based facility Hiranandani Hospital. The information as to why the mother of Mr. Khiladi had to be admitted is still under the raps.
But given the fact that she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Hiranandani Hospital tells that the situation may be grave.
Akshay Was at UK To Shoot for Rakshasudhu Remake
To aid her ailing mother, Akshay Kumar cut his UK trip short and flew back to India on wee hours of Monday morning. Reportedly, Akshay had flown to the UK to shoot for his next film Cinderella is going to be Kumar’s next big outing on the big screen after Bell Bottom.
The film is based on Rakshasudhu, a 2019 Telegu film. Rakul Preet Singh will be starring alongside the Khiladi.

Meanwhile, according to a source cited in a Hindustan Times report, Mrs. Aruna Bhatia had been unwell since the past few days. The source further added that given how Akshay is attached to his mother, he rushed back to India to be by the side of her ailing mother.

The report further quoted the source claiming that Akshay told the filmmakers of Cinderella to continue shooting and shoot as much as they can where his presence is not needed. The source further shared Akshay’s strong work ethic and claimed that despite any challenges – personal or otherwise, the show must go on.
In 2020 Akshay Lost his Cousin Sachin Kumar
It should be noted that the action hero suffered another loss in 2020. On May 15, 2020, Akshay’s cousin Sachin passed away due to heart attack. Sachin Kumar had celebrated her birthday just a few days before his passing, making his death all the more tragic. The actor reached to the pinnacles of fame when he acted in Ekta Kapoor’s popular television drama Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki.
