Billionaire Anand Mahindra, publicly expressed his admiration for a woman who made ice cream using only her hands, a fan, and ice. He shared the video on Twitter, noting that this would “only happen in India”.
In the two-minute video, we can observe a woman boiling and thickening flavoured milk. After she is done, she pours the milk into a cylindrical container and places it inside a larger vessel. She then packs the gap between the two containers with large ice chunks to create a makeshift freezer. Finally, she secures the milk container to a fan using a rope.
