The Modus Operandi
As per a Free Press report, one of the accused, who still remains absconding, used to inform the arrested accused about the customer’s location where the marijuana has to be supplied. The absconding accused also directed the arrested accused as to what colour of clothes he is supposed to wear to fool locals and authorities alike.
Based on the directions, the arrested accused would either wear Swiggy or Zomato uniform, and deliver drugs kept in food packets in his Zomato and Swiggy bags.
