In Bengaluru, the mystery around a man’s abandoned body was solved after it was revealed that he died while having sex with a woman he was having an affair with. The woman later dumped the man’s body, fearing that her name would come out in the ordeal and their secret would be out in open.
The incident was reported from Bengaluru’s JP Nagar and surfaced after the body of the 67-year-old man was found in a plastic bag. The deceased was a 67-year-old man, who at the time of his death, was having sex with a 35-year-old homemaker in the city. After the woman found out that her paramour had died, she panicked.
She didn’t call the authorities, nor did she report the death to any hospital. Instead, she called her brother and husband, and with their help, dumped the body in JP Nagar. The matter came to the fore after the family of the deceased filed a missing person’s complaint.
The family in the complaint claimed that the deceased left the house claiming he would visit his daughter-in-law’s home. A case under multiple sections of the IPC has been registered, and a post-mortem report is awaited to ascertain whether the woman’s claims are true or not.
The Facts of the Matter

It is now being reported, that the 67-year-old man died while having sex with the woman he was having an affair with, who later with the help of her husband, dumped the body. The woman claimed that she dumped the man’s body to avoid any slander towards her in the matter.

Call Data Led the Cops to Woman
According to reports, the 67-year-old deceased was found stuffed in plastic bags earlier on November 17 at secluded spot in JP Nagar. The cops initiated an investigation, and called the kin of the deceased. The cops then analyzed the deceased’s call records data, which led them to a 35-year-old homemaker.

The Confession
The woman was taken into questioning, and she confessed that earlier on November 16, the deceased came to her home, and died after having an epileptic attack. She said that she didn’t reach out to the cops or any other authority as it would’ve unveiled the secret relationship she shared with the deceased.
The family of the deceased had earlier filed a missing person’s complaint after they tried to contact him several times, but found his phone to be switched off. They told cops that the deceased left the home claiming to visit his daughter-in-law, but never returning.

Woman Take Husband & Bro’s Help to Dispose Body
Meanwhile, the woman called her husband and her brother to help her in disposing the body. The trio then stuffed the body in two plastic sacks after wrapping it with multiple bed sheets and plastic sheets. The brother and husband then transported the body on a two-wheeler, and dumped it in JP Nagar.
The cops had initially booked the trip with a non-cognizable case for destroying case. However, a case was later registered under section 176 (omission to give notice or information to public servant), section 34 (acts done by several persons), 202 (intentional omission to give information of offence).
