In a video gone viral, a bus conductor in Bhopal was recently thrashed brutally by an NCC cadet over bus fare payment. The incident occurred near police headquarters Board office in Bhopal and earlier on Tuesday at around 10 am. The entire incident was caught on CCTV, visuals of which are going viral on social media. Following the incident, a police complaint was filed and a probe has been launched.
In the video gone viral, an NCC cadet can be seen in the process of exiting the bus at the bus stop. As the bus conductor asks for money, the NCC cadet turns around and reacts aggressively. The bus conductor gives a small push to the cadet and soon, experiences the wrath of the passenger.
The NCC cadet rains down a stream of punches, one after the other, relentlessly, as other passengers look at the ordeal with shock. Realizing that the destination has arrived, the NCC cadet leaves the conductor, and quickly tries to exit the bus. Although the bus conductor goes after him, the aggressive cadet gets down the bus.
As per the preliminary investigation, the entire issue occurred over Rs 5. The bus fare was Rs 15, and the NCC cadet insisted only on paying Rs 10. When the conductor asked for the remaining amount, he got paid with punches.

Recently, a bus conductor was brutally thrashed by an NCC cadet when he asked for the full payment of the bus fare. The incident was reported from Bhopal, occurred near the Board office police headquarters, sometime around 10 am on Tuesday this week.
The incident was recorded on CCTV camera, visuals of which are making rounds of social media.
What Does the Video Show?
The video shows the NCC cadet reacted aggressively when being asked for money. The bus conductor makes the unwise decision of shoving the NCC cadet, who reacts instantly and violently. The NCC cadet rains down punches, one after the other. His face is filled with aggression and only when he realizes that his destination has arrived, does he stop. Meanwhile, another man on phone tries to intervene, however to no avail. The NCC cadet gets his bag and swiftly deboards the bus. The conductor chases after him, however fails to catch him.

What Caused the Altercation
Following the altercation, the Jahangirabad police filed an FIR in the matter. They were quoted in the local reports stating that the fare for the route the NCC cadet took was Rs 15 while he insisted to pay only Rs 10. The bus conductor, who asked for the remaining Rs 5, was assaulted brutally by the cadet.
The FIR was filed on the basis of complaint filed by the civic body that runs the bus service. The civic body also gave the CCTV footage to the police. The accused has been booked under Section 323 (causing hurt), of the IPC.
