Instead of his loving bride, Anam was sitting with a rice cooker, covered in a white traditional veil. Anam himself wore a white colored traditional long coat. He also wore an ethnic cap on his head.
In one picture, Mr. Anam can be signing a document in the presence of a witness adding more authenticity to the craziness. Further, another picture showed him kissing his veiled rice cooker.
While the pictures were enough to evoke reactions, he even put a hilarious caption on Twitter. “ White (fair), doesn’t talk much, and great at cooking.” The three attributes are witty as they describe both a rice cooker and an ideal match for a lot of men.

Man Divorces Rice Cooker 4 Days after ‘Marrying It’
As if the entire ordeal was not crazy enough, the man went on to divorce the rice cooker after marrying it. This happened just 4 days into the ‘couple’s marriage’. Reportedly, Mr. Anam took to Facebook where he shared the sad news of him divorcing the rice cooker.
The reason, Mr. Anam was not much-too-happy with the fact that the rice cooker could only cook rice. “My decision is unanimous.. it’s really hard.. but this is the path I take.. there is no perfect partner”, he added in the caption. The post again went viral on Facebook with thousands of likes, shares and comments.
