Deep Dive Dubai, which is the world’s deepest swimming pool, has opened in Dubai and the videos of the tourist spot soon went viral on social media. The amazing place is expecting tons of tourists and localities to visit the pool when it goes completely public, and have a great experience.
HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, opened Deep Dive Dubai on July 7 and also shared a video on Twitter.

Guinness Book of World Records secured for the pool
This June, The Guinness Book of World Records had verified the depth of the pool, which is a concrete structure including a circular shaft constructed with a depth of 60.02 meters, provides different themes at various levels.
It also showcases props to enhance the diving experience. While it was meant for private use earlier, it has now been opened to the public from the month of July.

Features of the Deep Dive Dubai
Featuring the latest technology, Deep Dive Dubai has a depth of over 60 metres and holds 14 million litres of water. Interestingly the pool also holds a sunken city within that will surely intrigue divers.
A released statement revealed that-
“It is complete with an abandoned streetscape and featuring an apartment, garage, and arcade.”
A team of international diving professionals are present at the spot to assist those interested in free diving and scuba diving.

There are 56 underwater cameras as well that cover all angles of the pool. To make the diving experience even better, there are sound and mood lighting systems also.
Further adding the statement read that-
“The pool’s fresh water is filtered and circulated every six hours through siliceous volcanic rock, NASA-developed filter technology and UV radiation in one of the largest and fastest filter systems in the region.”

Deep Dive Dubai, at present, is open only by invitation. Public bookings will open in late July on their website for residents and visitors aged 10 and up. Beginners as well as professional divers and athletes can visit.
