Tesla, SpaceX founder Elon Musk reportedly had an affair with Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s wife Nicole Shanahan.

After the reports of Musk’s alleged affair went viral, the richest human in the world took to Twitter and claimed that the claims are “total bs” and that he has met Nicole twice in three years, and that there’s nothing romantic between them. The reports of Musk having an affair comes just weeks after it was reported that Musk fathered twins with Neuralink top-executive, Shivon Zilis.

Earlier on Sunday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Musk had a “brief affair” earlier in 2021 with Sergey Brin’s wife, triggering Brin to file for divorce earlier this year. The alleged tryst also led to falling out between the two tech moguls, each a pioneer in his own right.

Google co-founder had earlier provided $5,00,000 for Tesla during the 2008 housing crisis which led to global recission. Musk had returned the favour by gifting Brin one of the company’s first electric SUVs.

Sergey Brin filed for divorce from his wife earlier in January 2021, claiming having “irreconcilable differences”. The couple filed the divorce at the Santa Clara County Superior Court. According to reports, the divorce was filed a few weeks after Brin found out about his wife’s affair with Musk.
