In a shocking case of a father’s revenge, a UP-based man got his 14-year-old son’s murderer bailed out, and made sure he tracked his movements to execute his revenge and gun him down. The shocking incident of revenge was reported from Mitauli area of Kheri district, TOI reported. The accused in the matter has been identified as Kashi, who reportedly hired a lawyer to get his son’s killer out on a bail.
The accused, Kashi Kashyap, waited for his son’s murderer, Shatrudhan Lala, to be released on bail, which was granted in the first week of April 2023. Kashi is believed to have arranged the bail for Lala by hiring an advocate. The farmer had been biding his time, waiting for the right opportunity to seek revenge for his son’s murder.
On a fateful evening, as Lala was returning from his farm, Kashi shot him three times in the head. Lala died on the spot, and the farmer fled the scene.
The police, who were investigating the case, uncovered a twisted tale of betrayal and revenge. Kashyap’s wife had killed their son with the help of Lala in 2021, and the duo had been arrested and sent to jail for the crime. Kashyap had waited patiently for his chance to exact revenge, tracking Lala’s movements until he could strike.
The Facts of the Matter

Accused’s 14-Year-Old Son Was Killed
The farmer, Kashi Kashyap, had been biding his time since the murder of his 14-year-old son, Jitendra, allegedly at the hands of his wife and a close relative while he was imprisoned on a separate charge.
When Shatrudhan Lala, Jitendra’s killer, was released on bail in the first week of April 2023, Kashyap saw an opportunity to avenge his son’s death. On a dark and lonely road, Kashyap confronted Lala and shot him three times in the head.
Victim Saw Mother and Deceased in Compromising Situation
Kashi’s wife had murdered their son Jitendra with the help of Lala in 2021, allegedly after the boy had witnessed an intimate moment between his mother and Lala. Both the woman and Lala were arrested and sent to jail for Jitendra’s murder, but Kashi was not satisfied. He wanted to avenge his son’s death himself.
The Cold-Blooded Revenge
Upon his release from prison, Kashi ensured that Lala was granted bail by hiring an advocate. His plan was simple; he would track Lala’s movements and wait for the right opportunity to strike. Lala’s bail in the first week of April 2023 was the perfect opportunity, and Kashi took it.
The police were quick to take action, and they recovered evidence against Kashi in the case. While Kashi has been booked, he has been absconding and efforts are on to track him down.
