In a hilarious video caught on cam, a UP panchayat staffer can be seen chasing a goat that snatched some office papers. The man can be heard saying ‘Arey De Yaar’, in dismay and exhaustion while the goat seems to not be in any mood of budging. The incident was reported earlier on Wednesday this week at Kanpur’s suburb Chaubepur in Uttar Pradesh. Local reports further claimed that the goat had wandered into the panchayat’s office. The goat, with panchayat papers in its mouth, and wandering off to the office, must’ve been in some serious mood to get work done.
