In the Rampur District’s Ganj Police Station, a FIR has been Lodged

This incident occurred in a village under the jurisdiction of the Azim Nagar police station, and Ishaan Miyan filed a complaint against his wife, Rabia Shamsi, at the Ganj police station. Ishaan addressed the superintendent of police, Ankit Mittal, with screenshots of his wife’s social media statuses after the station house officer declined to initiate a FIR. Following that, authorities launched an inquiry and recorded Rabia’s statement. After the preliminary investigation, a FIR was filed against Rabia on Friday night.

Rabia’s Claim

Rabia claims her phone was used by her nephew, who she claims is the one who submitted the photos. She claimed she was completely uninformed of the situation. She is currently residing with her parents and had previously filed a domestic abuse complaint against her spouse.
