This incident occurred in a village under the jurisdiction of the Azim Nagar police station, and Ishaan Miyan filed a complaint against his wife, Rabia Shamsi, at the Ganj police station. Ishaan addressed the superintendent of police, Ankit Mittal, with screenshots of his wife’s social media statuses after the station house officer declined to initiate a FIR. Rabia’s Claim
