Just when it seemed that the mighty lion had absorbed one more area as its own territory, a pack of scrappy stray dogs appeared out of nowhere, barking fiercely and snarling with an unbridled rage.

The lion, caught off guard by the sheer audacity of the dogs, was taken aback as the pack relentlessly chased him down the narrow alleys of the village. In a desperate bid to escape the relentless pack, the lion turned tail and bolted towards a herd of cows, hoping to find refuge in their midst.

Dogs have a natural inclination to chase things. As anyone can see, they stop running as soon as the lion comes to a halt. At the end of the video, it's evident that the dogs turned around. I guess the lion had his eyes on the cows and the dogs were just a nuisance like flies.
