Well, they have to pay an amount of 30 percent of the booking price and then pay 1 percent of the remaining every month with zero interest.

The founder of Investors Clinic, Mr Honeyy Katiyal shared his vision with the above stated offer. He said that this is their way of thanking and acknowledging the contribution of the frontliners in the battle against coronavirus. They are the heroes of pandemic who served the nation in the toughest of times. Their courage, devotion and zeal deserve our gratitude and applause.

What will be the payment schedule? What does the payment schedule look like?
The payment schedule is designed in such a way that after the initial investment payment, the remaining shall be done in “interest-free” installment which can go up to 35 months from the date of booking. This will make it more affordable and easier for the investor.
The MD of Supertech, Mr Mohit Arora shared that they are offering the property at less than 30 percent from the market rate and about 300 plots are subject to offer. The location of the project is an upcoming hub because of the multiple developments planned by the government of UP.
