Catering to the modern needs of a modern workforce, a Jaipur IT company recently announced its ‘Netflix & Chill’ holiday for its employees to binge on Money Heist’s upcoming season.
The ‘hustle culture’ has already taken a hold of many startups in India after making its way through from US. But there are companies that are prioritizing the mental health of its employees and trying to boost their morale by small lucrative incentives.
The first two waves of the COVID-19 turned the dynamics of startup culture upside down. Due to the pandemic induced lockdowns, startup that thrived on collective efforts through in-person group meetings and activities, had to rely on virtual meetings.
Further, the devastation created by the virus, which led to deaths of many, left employees unproductive & stressed out.

Taking a heed to all this, organizations are now focusing on one of the most crucial aspect of what makes or breaks them – mental health of its employees. One such company is Jaipur’s Verve Logic.
A mobile application development startup, Verve Logic recently made the news by offering its employees a paid holiday to binge on their favourite Netflix show – Money Heist.
