Comedian Kapil Sharma opened up about his personal life in the recent trailer of I’m not done yet, his upcoming comedy special. The host of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ shared the trailer of the show on his Instagram handle which gave a sneak-peak of his set. The show will be released on 28th January on Netflix.
After spending several years as a TV Show comedian entertaining with his rib-tickling comedy, Kapil Sharma has now made a digital debut on Netflix.

On 10th January, Monday Kapil Sharma shared a clip from the show ‘I’m Not Done Yet’ with the caption “Don’t tell Netflix that I have leaked the footage Kapil Sharma: I Am Not Done Yet! @netflix_in.”
In his first stand-up-special, Kapil has come up with a laughter pack related to his real-life tales.
Before posting this clip, Kapil shared a BTS video on Instagram announcing the show. He captioned the video, “Let’s meet on 28th January on your Netflix screen with my first stand-up special Kapil Sharma: I Am Not Done Yet!”

Kapil Opens up About his Personal Life
He says that the title of the show goes well with his life, referring to an incident with his wife Ginni Chatrath. Narrating the incident Kapil revealed that, when he repeated ‘I’m Not Done Yet’ while practicing in front of the mirror for the show, Ginni threw a pillow and screamed “We’ve had two kids in a year and a half, what’s your plan?”
In the trailer, Kapil says that his father had asked him to marry off his sister and start a family of his own. He adds, “But I knew whom to settle down with, she was Ginni, my wife.”
Ginni Chatrath, Kapil’s wife who makes a rare public appearance is also seen among the audience of the show in black attire. On being questioned by Kapil, “Ek scooter wale ladke se kya sochkar pyaar kia?” Ginni had a sassy comeback, “I thought everyone loves a rich guy. Maine socha is gareeb ka bhala kardu.”
On 12th December 2018, Kapil Sharma tied the knot with Ginni and has one daughter Anayara Sharma and a boy Trishaan Sharma with her.

About his Controversial Tweets
In his show’s trailer, Kapil also addressed his controversial drunk tweet to PM Narendra Modi at night. He said on a subsequent day he saw OB vans gathered outside his house. He said, “I thought they were fire brigade vans. I asked my cook, ‘Is there a fire?’ to which his cook replied, ‘It’s your doing. You set Twitter on fire last night.'”

The trailer of the show is receiving immense love and great response from people. Among these appraisals, the video received a comment from Actor Ranveer Singh who wrote, “Haha too good paaji. Can’t wait to watch it.” Not only the actor but the singer Rahul Vaidya commented, “Haha star.” Kapil Sharma’s colleague at ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’, Sumona Chakravarti, also dropped a heart emoji in the comments section.
