As a proud parent, the 54-year old actress Madhuri Dixit Nene posted a short video on Instagram with a caption saying “Not all heroes wear capes… But mine did.” The actress was extremely excited to share this proud moment of hers as a parent. In the video, you can see 16-year old Ryan sitting in a salon and getting a haircut. Madhuri also mentioned that it took her son two years to grow his hair to the required length for donation. He took the Nation Cancer Awareness Day as the final step to create awareness of cancer and encourage its detection, prevention, and treatment. What Encouraged Ryan to Take this Step
While sharing her proud moment with her fans, Madhuri Dixit Nene also shared how she so was urged to take this step. She mentioned that how her son felt seeing several cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy for their treatment. Ryan was heartbroken seeing the patients lose their hair after going through every treatment. On watching these visuals the 16-year old boy decided to donate his hair to cancer patients through the cancer patients. It took Ryan almost two long years to grow his long mane for donating purposes. Madhuri also stated “We as parents were thrilled with his decision… And this was the final step. Here we are today standing proud.”
