Delhi’s 27-year-old tech mogul, Evan Singh Luthra, is set to become a billionaire by the age of 30. The prodigy, who taught himself coding with the help of YouTube at the age of 12, entered the millionaire club when he was merely 17. Today, the angel investor lives a life of luxury, splashes his cash on yacht parties and is planning to buy his own helicopter just for the fun of it. He has been listed in the ‘Forbes 30 Under 30’.

However, behind this success is an inspiring story of a person from “humble background” who made a mark with his sheer excellence and intelligence.

Who is Evan Singh Luthra?

Evan Singh Luthra is a 27-year-old entrepreneur, investor and influencer who serves as an advisor to Step Hero, an NFT fantasy themed RPG game.

The tech mogul entered the world of entrepreneurship by developing apps and websites and became a millionaire at the age of 17. He is also a social media influencer with a whooping 2.3 million followers on Instagram where he keeps sharing his business mantra.

Luthra is now an Angel investor and cryptocurrency trader and is set to become a billionaire by the age of 30.

He is often invited to various universities across the globe to share his expertise on subjects like mobile apps, entrepreneurship, etc.

Learnt Coding Himself with the Help of YouTube

Luthra was 12 when he was bitten by the “digital bug.” “I was bitten by the ‘digital bug’ aged around 12 when I started playing around on the computers in my dad’s call Centre in India,” he told the New York Publication.

He bought a set of 200 computers and began building microcomputers. He used to take them apart and began looking into the code. With a little help from YouTube, the juvenile genius learnt to code all by himself.

Millionaire at 17

His first digital endeavor began when he started organising technology related news and garnered 2,50,000 readers.

He, then began developing apps when apps were gaining popularity all over the world. At the age of seventeen, he sold his company, which had developed thirty apps for several millions.

Received Call from Apple CEO Steve Jobs for Advise

When Luthra was 15, he received a call from the Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, for advice on Apple’s App Store.

“I was starstruck. I was a boy from India and didn’t have that much experience at the time and here I was talking to Steve Jobs,” Luthra said.

In the call, Steve Jobs asked a group of early developers about their views regarding the brand’s app store. He also shared his business advice with the budding entrepreneurs.

An accredited Angel Investor

At present, Luthra is an accredited angel investor. He has built and invested in more than 300 companies. He was one of the first investors of Snapchat and an early investor in Eaze.com.

He has also stepped into trading cryptocurrency and has established StartupStudio.online.
