In the Nepal plane crash, deceased Indian passenger got on FB live and moments before the disaster struck, said “mauj kar di”. The harrowing a hair-raising video of the FB live visuals, shows the deceased youth taking the video from the window seat of the plane as it starts to descended.
The man turns the camera around and shows his smiling face before all hell breaks loose. In a matter of seconds, the plane starts to descends rapidly, and one can hear shouts and screams of the passengers on board. The final moments of the video shows glimpses of towering flames which engulfed the plane after it crashed.
The deceased youth was part of a group from Ghaziabad. They were identified as Sonu Jaiswal (29), Anil Rajbhar (28), Vishal Sharma (23), Abhishek Singh Kushwaha (23). The four Indian passengers aboard the ill-fated Yeti airline plane were in Nepal for tourism, and were going to Pokhran for paragliding.
Meanwhile, it appears that there are no survivors in the grave incident. Nepal Army spokesperson was quoted saying, “We haven’t rescued anyone alive from the crash site”. Meanwhile, PM Modi earlier on Sunday condoled the deaths and tweeted, “Pained by the tragic air crash in Nepal in which precious lives have been lost, including Indian nationals.”
The Facts of the Matter
Moments before a Yeti Airlines plane crashed in Nepal, killing at least 68 individuals, an Indian group got on FB live and streamed the moments before the disaster struck the plane and got involved in the crash. The deceased youths, identified as Sonu, Anil Rajbhar, Vishal, and Abhishek, were reportedly from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and were on the way to Pokhra for paragliding when they met their unfortunate and tragic demise.
The hair-raising visuals of the final moments which were streamed live on FB have since gone viral on social media. We advise discretion as the video can be distressing to some viewers.
What Does the Video Show
The video of the incident shows the group enjoying their air travel with one of them excitedly shouting ‘Mauj kar di (I’m having fun)’. The person doing the FB live pans the phone and shows the Pokhara city thousands of feet below the plane. Sometime around 58-second mark, the aircraft starts descending rapidly and takes a sharp turn before crashing and bursting into a towering inferno. The video continues to show flames quickly rising and intensifying in the next half-a-minute.

No Survivors, At Least 68 Dead
As per reports, there have been 68 reported deaths in the aftermath of the horrific plane crash. Further, the Nepal Army spokesperson on Monday told media that not a single person has been rescued so far and no survivors are expected to surface in the tragedy.

Black Box Retrieved
Meanwhile, earlier on Monday, the black box in the plane was retrieved by rescue officers which can shed further light on identifying the cause of the crash.
Reportedly, the plane had five Indian nationals, one Irish, four Russians, two South Korean, one Australian, one French and one Argentine person. The crash is the deadliest accident occuring on Nepal soil since 1992, when 167 people aboard a Pakistan plane were killed near Kathmandu.
