OnePlus launches the OnePlus 8T in India. It is the company’s latest flagship smartphone.

Two variants based on the RAM and storage of OnePlus 8T have been introduced. The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model of the phone is priced at Rs 42,999, while the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage model will be sold for Rs 45,999.

OnePlus 8T will be made available on Amazon and OnePlus India website from October 17. It is worth noting that on this day the Amazon Great Indian Sale is going to start.

The OnePlus 8T has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display which is having 2400×1080 resolution capable of running maximum at 120Hz refresh rate. The display is a bit smaller than the OnePlus 8 Pro. However, this display is brighter and goes up to 1100 nits. The display is having Aspect Ratio of 20:9 and 402 ppi pixel density. Corning® Gorilla® Glass is used for the protection of the display.

Performance

The OnePlus 8T also launches with the new OxygenOS 11, which is based on the latest Android 11. The phone comes with the flagship Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 865 CPU which delivers blazing fast speed to power through every task. OnePlus 8T is ready for future as it comes with 5G connectivity. The OnePlus 8T has a 4500mAh battery, a modest 5% or so of improvement over the OnePlus 8.

OnePlus 8T features a quad rear camera setup that includes 48 MP Main Camera which uses Sony IMX586 primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens. A 16-megapixel Ultra-Wide Angle Camera having Sony IMX481 sensor with Aperture of f/2.2. A 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. In the Front for selfies, it has a single 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor with an f/2.4 lens.
