Rashmika Mandanna has shared a touching note on a social media post, along with a charming photo of herself, celebrating the film’s popularity. Actress Rashmika Mandanna has promised her fans that the sequel of her Telugu blockbuster ‘Pushpa’ will be “better and bigger” than the previous one.

The action-thriller, which portrays Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the major role, is framed against the theme of red sandalwood smuggling and the bloodshed that happens between smugglers and police.

The 25-year-old actress Rashmika Mandanna thanked everyone for their support for her Telugu blockbuster in a social media post. “We cherish all of your support for Pushpa… it encourages us to work extra hard… and we promise you, ‘Pushpa 2’ will be far better and bigger!” Mandanna penned a heart-touching note.

Rashmika is spotted inside an airplane donning a black sleeveless suit and her tresses open. She went for a natural look with bare lips. Rashmika finished off the stunning look with a bright smile.

The actress, who has successfully completed 5 years in the industry, made her acting debut in Kannada cinema ‘Kirik Party’ in 2016. She went on to appear in movies such as ‘Geetha Govindam,’ ‘Devadas,’ ‘Dear Comrade,’ ‘Sulthan,’ (Tamil), and ‘Yajamana,’ among many others, in Telugu.

About ‘Pushpa: The Rise’

In ‘ Pushpa: The Rise’, Allu Arjun portrays a red sanders smuggler in Andhra Pradesh’s Rayalaseema district, while Rahmika Mandanna portrays Srivalli, from village belle in Andhra. Inspector Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat is portrayed by Malayalam actor Fahad Faasil, who marked his Telugu debut with the cinema.

Sukumar, best known for his work on Arya, directed Pushpa: The Rise. The next part of the drama, ‘Pushpa: The Rule’, will go on boards in March, produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Muttamsetty Media.

‘Pushpa: The Rise’ Garnered Nearly 300Cr Worldwide

As per the producers, Pushpa: The Rise has garnered nearly Rs 300 crore worldwide since its opening on December 17 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi cinemas. Not only has the film received a lot of praise, but its album is also chart-topping. All of the songs from the albums have hit a chord with audiences all over the world, whether they are in Telugu or Hindi versions.

Rashmika Mandanna is Gearing Up For Bollywood Debut

In the meantime, Rashmika is gearing up for her big Bollywood debut in ‘Mission Majnu,’ in which she will star alongside Sidharth Malhotra. Shantanu Bagchi helmed the film, which is said to depict the path of a RAW agent in charge of India’s covert mission in Pakistan.

In addition, she also has Vikas Bahl’s ‘Goodbye’ alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, and Pavail Gulati in pivotal roles. According to sources, the film is about a father and daughter relationship.
