Residents of a Noida building have expressed discomfort at a woman taking her pet dog into the lift without having a muzzle on the animal, citing multiple reports of attack incidents. The argument between the two escalated when the woman, who had recorded the incident on her phone, asked the pet owner to restrain the dog, but was refused. The clip has since then gone viral on social media.
