Her message came just a week after she announced a separation from Telegu superstar Naga Chaitanya after 4 years of marriage. Earlier this week, Samantha also took to Instagram and shared her first Instagram post after the separation.

On October 8, Samantha shared a story where a quote by author Farida D is being written. Samantha captioned the story with a “Good morning” message and gave her followers the food for thought. The quote which Samantha shared read, “If matters are constantly, morally questionable when done by women, but not even morally questioned when done by men – then we, as a society, fundamentally have no morals.”

Earlier yesterday, Samantha had again been the talk of the town after she took to Instagram. What made her post on Thursday special, was that it was the first post after she announced her separation. The post was about a label that’s being featured at the Lakme Fashion Show. However, Samantha’s cyrptic caption again made news.
Her caption read, “Songs of old love – sound of the winter breeze on the mountains and cliff, songs of lost and found images. Sound of the melancholic echo in the valley and songs of old lovers. Sound of the wind in the old bungalows, stairways and alleys.”

As the wounds of separation are still fresh for both Samantha and Naga, neither of them have publicly spoken about what’s affecting them. However, there were certain reports which spread like wildfire, that may have caused Samantha to be annoyed at the society in general.
After she announced her separation with Naga, the media was buzzing with reports of Samantha denying Rs. 200 crores in alimony that was offered to her. According to reports, Samantha denied the alimony as she claimed that she made her way through to the entertainment industry on her own, and would find her footing without any one’s assistance.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya tied knots in a lavish wedding in October 6, 2017. On social media, the couple posed as a dream couple to their fans. However, on October 2, 2021, the couple gave their fans a shock as they announced a separation.
It was Samantha who had taken to Instagram and said that she and Chay (Chaitanya) have decided to “pursue their own paths”. She also asked her fans and the media to support her and Chaitanya during the difficult time and give them the privacy they need.
