As of April 1, 2021, applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 30. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited university in any field. Those who are in their final year of study also could apply temporarily, with the exception that if they are approached for an interview, they must show proof of passing the graduation examination on or before December 31, 2021.
Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must clear the IDD by December 31, 2021.
Candidates with a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant background may also participate.

The registration fee will not be returned or retained in standby for any subsequent examination or selection once it has been paid.
For General/ EWS/ OBC candidates, the registration fee would be 750/-, while for SC/ ST/ PWD applicants, the fee will be ‘Nil’.
The general category applicant can only appear four times, however, applicants from the reserved category can appear seven times. SBI PO Assessment’s Syllabus for Prelim’s and Main’s
Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Reasoning, and English Language constitute the SBI PO exam’s preliminary assessment. The SBI PO Mains Exam is bifurcated into four particular portions:

- Economy/Banking Knowledge/ General Awareness
