He further went on to say, “Aap bahut badhiya entrepreneurs ho”, and offered them to invest more than their original ask. The impressive entrepreneurs were Pranav and Karan Korke for a snack brand ‘The Healthy Binge’.
In the ‘tank’, entrepreneurs who pitch their ideas for an investment from sharks, often have to negotiate their deals with grit, and it’s not every day that they receive an offer where a shark tells them that he wants to invest more in them. When Pranav and Karan Korke introduced their brand, their margins, their offerings, and other ins and outs of their brands, all the sharks remained impressed, with Peyush excited to strike a deal.
The pitcher duo asked for Rs 50 lakhs for 5% equity. After the entrepreneurs were done, Peyush excitedly said, “Aap bahut badhiya entrepreneurs ho. It’s at early stage at losses and we might have to invest more. I am willing to go more. If you want Rs 1 crore, I am willing to give you for 10% equity.”
Further, Aman Gupta also agreed to join the deal, and eventually, Pranav and Karan shook hands with Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta.

From deal with no monetary investments, to rare all-shark deals, the second season of Shark Tank India has truly given viewers some excitable moments. In one such moment, a duo of entrepreneurs left Lenskart founder Peyush Bansal so impressed, that he ended up offering them more than their original ask. The deal in question was negotiated in the most recent episode of Shark Tank India, season 2.

Entrepreneurs Present ‘Healthy Binge’
In the most recent episode, two entrepreneurs Pranav and Karan Korke introduced their healthy snack brand ‘The Healthy Binge’, seeking Rs 50 lakhs for 5% equity. As the entrepreneurs explain their brand, their vision, and the future they envision, the sharks remained impressed.
It was Vineeta Singh, CEO and Founder of Sugar Cosmetics, who appreciated the business’ products and the price point of their wide range of healthy snacking products.

Peyush Bansal Keeps Eye on Big Picture
Meanwhile, Peyush, who kept his eye on the big picture, asked the duo how they handle disagreements.
This was when Pranav narrated an incident where once, sometime around 1 am, his partner Karan ended up selling a carton of their products to a shop. Standing up for his partner, Pranav said that Karan is a good salesman.
The Unusual Offer
After learning the ins and outs of their brand, it was Peyush Bansal who came to the negotiations, with an offer that not only surprised the two pitchers but shocked the sharks as well.
Offering them more money than their original ask, Peyush also said that he would like Aman Gupta to join the deal with him, as his experience of D2C (direct to customer) will help Pranav and Karan’s business further.

The two pitchers happily struck the deal with Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta.
