Shark Tank India sensation Jugaadu Kamlesh recently paid a visit to his mentor Peyush Bansal’s home. After his heartwarming pitch at the Shark Tank India received much deserving appreciation from all the ‘Sharks’ on the show, Jugaadu Kamlesh has become a household name. His name is now almost synonymous to the undying entrepreneurial spirit and his venture K.G. Agrotech is a benchmark for innovation despite excruciating odds. Meanwhile, after Peyush extended his support to Kamlesh, he too has become the favourite ‘shark’ for hundreds of thousands of Indians.

Earlier this Sunday, Kamlesh and his cousin Naru visited Peyush Bansal’s Delhi residence. According to reports, the mentor and mentee indulged in conversations about the product and the future of the company Kamlesh holds so dearly.

The Facts of the Matter

If all the fans of Shark Tank India would be asked what their favorite pitches were during the show’s first season, the consensus would widely laud the Jugaadu Kamlesh pitch as one of the best ones to have come from the show. With a beaming smile on his face, Kamlesh introduced his company K.G. Agrotech and pitched a pesticide spray solution aimed at helping farmers, India’s backbone.

How Peyush Bansal Backed Jugaadu Kamlesh

For a while, viewers had their hearts in their mouths as each ‘Shark’ in the show heard the pitch, gave a valuable piece of feedback, but chose not to invest in Kamlesh’s venture. However, it was LensKart co-founder Peyush Bansal who say something in Kamlesh that no other did. When Bansal asked Kamlesh how he was feeling after all the other investors were out, Kamlesh showed no disappointment and with a beaming smile, he claimed that he was okay.

Jugaadu Kamlesh Becomes Overnight Hero

Peyush went on to invest Rs 10 lakhs in K.G. Agrotech for a 40% equity. He further gave Kamlesh a crucial Rs 20 lakhs loan for zero percent interest. Giving Kamlesh a line of credit, and making himself almost a co-founder by taking 40% equity, Peyush won the hearts of the viewers. Meanwhile, Kamlesh and his cousin Naru became overnight heroes who embodied the jugaadu spirit of India.

Peyush Bansal Hosts Kamlesh at His Residence

Ever since then, Shark Tank India fans were keeping an eye on Jugaadu Kamlesh. Fans were also eagerly awaiting a new update in Kamlesh’s entrepreneurial journey and Peyush’s involvement in the same. They were not disappointed as Peyush and Kamlesh both shared stories of their meeting that took place earlier last Sunday. Peyush hosted Kamlesh and his cousin Naru at his Delhi residence. The duo shared a few pictures from their meeting on their Instagram stories.

Peyush Gives Business Update on Live Session

Fans of Peyush and Kamlesh were in for a treat as Peyush also did a live session where he gave an update as to what’s to come next for Kamlesh and his venture. In the live session, Peyush told how Kamlesh arrived to Delhi on Sunday and the duo had lunch. Peyush then gave an update about the pesticide trolley cart that Kamlesh designed.

The LensKart co-founder said that he and Kamlesh decided to make some changes in the product’s design and they will be hiring a designer from National Institute of Design. Peyush also added that the design changes will take 8-12 weeks. “Here we are enjoying the Delhi winters at the terrace of my house”, Peyush said during his live.
