Air Asia India is an Indian low-cost airlines carrier with headquarters in Bangalore, India. The aircraft is a joint endeavour with Tata Sons holding 83.67% stake in the carrier and AirAsia Berhad holding 16.33% stake. AirAsia India initiated activities on 12 June 2014 with Bangalore as its essential centre point.

It only offers aircraft that are owned; maintained and operated by Taj Air i.e. no third party aircraft are offered. The fleet of the aircrafts comprises of all single owner aircraft which are directly bought from the manufacturer and none of them is pre-owned.

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces are the owners of Resorts and Palaces luxurious ‘Taj Hotels’ chain. Headquartered at Express Towers, Nariman Point in Mumbai, it is a subsidiary of the Indian Hotels Company Limited.. It was incorporated by the founder of the Tata Group, Jamsedji Tata, in 1903 as a part of the Tata Group. The company employed over 13,000 people in the year 2010. & currently operates a total of 100 hotels and resorts, with 84 across India and 16 in other countries, including Bhutan, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, UAE, UK, USA and Zambia.

Titan, Sonata & Fastrack

The Indian consumer goods company jointly ventured by Tata Group and the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation was pioneered in 1984 under the name Titan Watches Limited. It went on to diversify into jewellery with Tanishq in 1994 and subsequently into eyewear with Titan Eyeplus in the 2000s. In 2013, Titan introduced its fragrances segment with the brand Skinn and later that year, it ventured into the helmets category under its brand Fastrack. It is a beverage manufacturer founded in 1837 in Yorkshire, England & is wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Global Beverages since 2000. Tetley is reportedly the biggest tea company in the United Kingdom and Canada, and the second-largest in the United States in terms of turnover volume. Tetley’s manufacturing and distribution business operate in forty countries, selling over sixty branded tea bags. It is the second-largest manufacturer of teas in the world, after Unilever.

Voltas

Limited is an Indian company specialising in air conditioning and cooling technology. Volta’s products are manufactured by its Domestic & International operation groups and are classified into Unitary Products Business Group (UPBG), Mining & Construction Equipment Division (MCED), and Textile Machinery Division (TMD).

UPBG group manufactures products including air conditioners, air coolers, commercial refrigerators, water coolers and water dispensers. Voltas is the largest air-conditioning brand in India.

Vistara

Based in Gurgaon, Vistara is an Indian full-service airline operated by Tata SIA Airlines Limited. Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi is the primary hub of the airlines. It is a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines and started its operations in 2015. The airline has a 5.8% share of the domestic airline market, making it the 6th largest domestic airline in the country.
