In a concerning geopolitical development, Taliban has warned US on “global problems’ if the Taliban government remains non-recognized. On October 30, the Islamic militant organization issued a warning to US and other countries that if their government in Afghanistan continues to be unrecognized, not only would Afghanistan have problems, but the whole world can face problems. The news comes almost two months after the US completed its troop pull-out from Afghanistan as committed.

Earlier, the Taliban made rapid gains in the country and within two months, raised its flag at the Afghanistan capital Kabul. So far, the Taliban government has not been recognized by any country and billions of Afghani funds have been frozen.

On the geo-political spectrum, only a few crises have remained unsolved where millions of lives have continued being affected and a humanitarian issue emerged. This includes the Israel-Palestine Conflict, the Syrian war, the US-China diplomatic warfare, the Afghanistan crisis and a few more.

Many would say that the Afghanistan crisis was triggered in 2001 after the attack on US’ World Trade Center. It’s also debated that the root cause goes many years back. Whatever the cause maybe, the Afghanistan crisis has uprooted millions of people, been the reasons of death for several thousand, and is still one of the biggest humanitarian crises.
