Krishna Rajput, a bride from the Dongri village, was set to marry the Yashpal Singh from Babina. Originally planned for May 4, their union encountered an unforeseen twist when the wedding date was rescheduled to May 15 due to local civic elections. However, fate had something else in store for Krishna.

As the special day approached, Krishna received a call that set her on an unexpected path. Her Bachelor of Arts final exam was scheduled for May 16, coinciding with her rescheduled wedding day.

On the much-anticipated day, amidst the joyous festivities, Krishna made a bold announcement that brought the celebration to a momentary pause. She expressed her desire to momentarily leave the ceremonies and fulfill her academic obligations. Supported by her family, she embarked on a journey to her college.

“My wedding is important and so are the examinations”, she said.
