In a horrific incident, a girl in UP got her 12-year-old brother killed with the help of her boyfriend and an aide. All three accused were arrested in the aftermath of the horrific killing. The incident was reported from Prayagraj. The accused girl is a class 5 pass out and her accomplice was her 17-year-old boyfriend whom she was in a relationship with for three years. Meanwhile, the victim is a class 5 student, identified as Anurag Yadav.

According to reports, the accused girl was distressed with her younger brother as he had been threatening her about telling their parents about her relationship. Upset over the same, the accused girl was looking for a chance to teach a lesson to the brother.

Earlier on Tuesday, the father of the slain boy rebuked him for eating non-vegetarian food during the pitra-paksha period. The accused girl took this as a chance to eliminate her brother. She took her younger brother to an isolated kutcha home on the pretext of saving him from father’s wrath. At the kutcha home, the accused girl’s boyfriend and accomplice were waiting.

After the two accused boys were nabbed, they confessed of strangling the 12-year-old with a gamcha. Both the juvenile boys were detained after FIR under multiple sections of IPC was registered.

The Facts of the Matter

In Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj, a 16-year-old girl, her boyfriend, and his accomplice, were arrested for the murder of 12-year-old Anurag Yadav, the younger brother of the 16-year-old female accused. The accused girl allegedly hatched a conspiracy of murdering her brother with her boyfriend’s aide.

The girl went as far as wanting to get rid of her younger brother as he knew about her relationship, and was threatening to reveal the same to their parents.

As per Superintendent of Police Saurabh Dixit, the three accused were juveniles and were sent to juvenile home for the murder of the young boy. The accused committed the crime earlier on Tuesday evening this week.

Accused Girl Class 5 Pass Out

The victim in the matter was identified as 12-year-old Anurag Yadav, a class 5 student, while the accused was her 16-year-old sister, who is a class 5 pass-out, and her 17-year-old boyfriend, and their accomplice, another minor.

The 16-year-old girl had dropped out of studies after class 5 three years ago, and had been in relationship with the 17-year-old boy.

Victim was Threatening Accused Sister

The accused girl was upset with her younger brother as he had found out about his relationship with the boy, and was threatening her to reveal the same to their parents.

Ever since the threats started, the 16-year-old girl was looking for an opportunity to teach her brother a lesson.

Earlier on Tuesday night, the accused finally got the opportunity. On Tuesday, 12-year-old Anurag’s father scolded him for eating non-vegetarian food during the pitra paksha period.

Girl Lures Brother to Isolated Place

On the pretext of saving him from his father’s wrath, the accused girl took Anurag to a kutcha house, where her boyfriend and his aide were waiting.

Meanwhile, after their family found them being missing for a concerningly long time, they started looking out for them. The mother and father of the deceased found him lying on a floor at the kutcha house with the 16-year-old accused sitting in the corner.

The boy was rushed to the hospital and was pronounced dead. After the parents questioned their 16-year-old daughter strictly, he confessed that two men had thrashed her younger brother and they fled.

All Three Accused Sent to Juvenile Homes

Meanwhile, the two minors were later detained and on sustained questioning confessed of killing the deceased by strangling him with gamcha.

An FIR was filed and all three accused were sent to juvenile homes.
