Technology has been advancing around the globe and there has been no such sector or business industry which has been left untouched with the technological impact. Following the same, McDonald’s has launched a fully automated outlet in the US.

A man has shared his ordering experience from the newest outlet and has uploaded the video for the same. The video has now gathered tons of views and mixed reactions from the netizens.

The fully Automated McDonald’s

Keeping up with the technological trends the globally famous restaurant chain opened its first automated restaurant in Texas, United States. Since then several videos has been posted on social media.

The “robotic” restaurant is completely automated and requires no human interaction to place or take orders. The entire process, from choosing your order to packing it, is automated. An internet user named Aakaanksh recently documented his experience at this high-tech fast food restaurant and his video has left the netizens in splits.

The Shared Video and McDonald’s Feedback

The video was shared by Aakaanksh and he has captioned the post by asking his audience that what they think of this newly and fully automated McDonald’s outlet. In the video he is seen standing outside the newly opened restaurant in Texas.

He then goes inside and shows the surroundings. The restaurant does not offer any seating or set-ups for eating inside as it is intended to be a “dine out” eatery. He then places his order through a kiosk and a robot delivers the same. Later, he places another online order through a mobile application and it is delivered at the drive-thru.

As soon as the video was shared by the user on Instagram the video has crossed 7 Lakh views and 16000 likes. Netizens seem to be in splits over the introduction of new concept as they believe it would take away many jobs and increase the unemployment.
