A resident from Indore has filed a complaint against Vicky Kaushal for using his vehicle number after photos had gone viral earlier. Vicky Kaushal was spotted on the streets of Indore riding a motorcycle with actress Sara Ali Khan rode pillion. The actors had come to Indore for the shooting of an untitled and unlisted project. As per the complainant, the actors were riding a vehicle whose number was the same as the number on his two-wheeler. Claiming that the act is illegal and that his permission was not sought, the Indore resident filed a complaint at the Banganga Police Station.

Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan have had an eventful last quarter of 2021. While Kaushal got married to his longtime girlfriend and actress Katrina Kaif, Sara was seen promoting her film Atrangi Re.

The year has changed; however, the eventful lives of the actor has not stopped. Earlier last month, Kaushal and Khan were seen roaming in Indore as part of their shoot of their next romantic drama by Laxman Utekar.

A fan had also shared a picture of him with the two actors. With the images floating around, a lot of Bollywood junkies have tried to analyse the look of the actors and get a feel of what’s cooking for them.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal will be starting the new year fighting a legal battle as a resident from Indore has filed a complaint against him.

The Facts of the Matter

An Indore resident has filed a police complaint against Vicky Kaushal after he saw viral images of Kaushal riding a bike which had same vehicle number on the plate as his own. The complainant has been identified as Jai Singh Yadav who took to the Banganga Police Station to file the complaint. Mr. Yadav is a resident of Sundar Nagar in Banganga locality.

The complainant spoke to news agency ANI and claimed that the film unit can’t use his vehicle number without his permission.

“The vehicle number used in the movie sequence is mine. I don’t know if the film unit is aware of it but this is illegal. They can’t use my number plate without permission. I have given a memorandum at the station. Action should be taken in the matter,” he was quoted by ANI saying.

Complainant’s Application to the Police

In his written complaint, Mr. Yadav mentioned that the number plate on his Honda Activa and the number plate on the Hero Splendor bike that Kaushal rode had the same numbers.

Mr. Yadav further added that in the case of the vehicle meeting with an accident, or being used for an illegal activity, he must not be held accountable.

What Has the Police Said So Far?

Meanwhile, the Indore police have taken Mr. Yadav’s complaint into consideration. Rajendra Soni, Sub Inspector Banganga Police Station was quoted by ANI saying, “We received a complaint, will see whether number plate was misused. Action to be taken as per provisions in Motor Vehicle Act. If film unit is in Indore, will try probing them.”

Recently married Vicky Kaushal has a busy schedule for 2022 with multiple projects in the pipeline. The Uri actor will be shooting for Sam Bahadur and The Immortal Ashwatthama. He was earlier seen in Sardar Udham where the actor played the character of titular revolutionary.

Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan starred in Atrangi Re which is currently streaming on Disney+Hostar. The film stars Khan along with Dhanush and Akshay Kumar. A romantic-drama, the film received mixed reviews. While A.R. Rahman’s music was appreciated, the film’s story and scope were panned.
