A massive fight broke out between BJP and AAP councillors during the MCD standing committee elections at the Delhi Civic Centre on Monday. Councillor Pankaj Jain of the BJP collapsed as chaos ensued and BJP councillors were reportedly manhandled. Mayor Shelly Oberoi was also pushed and shoved while trying to escape from the house.
