At the Miss Gay Mato Grosso 2023 pageant on Saturday, a peculiar occurrence occurred. The husband of the pageant runner-up Nathally Becker rushed the stage and yanked the crown from pageant winner Emannuelly Belini before throwing it to the ground. Nathally Becker had just placed second in the pageant.
In the video, Becker’s husband enters the stage, snatches the crown and breaks it onto the ground with force. The jewels making up the crown are shattered and he yells, expressing his anger at what he views as an unjust decision.
