In a terrifying incident caught-on-cam, a 9-year-old boy cheated death twice within seconds in a hair-raising accident. The incident was reported from Kannur, Kerala and took place earlier on Sunday last week at Chorukkala.

The video of the incident showed the 9-year-old boy on his bicycle being hit by a speeding bike. The boy was swung in the air and before he could make sense of things, a state bus ran over his bicycle, barely a few feet away from the 9-year-old boy.

The incident can remind every Indian of age-old idiom – “Jaako rakhe Saiyaan, maar sake nakoy” which is roughly translated to “the one who’s looked after by the almighty, can’t be harmed”. After the incident’s video was shared on Twitter, netizens took to the comments section and thanked God for looking after the young boy.

The video of the incident may remind netizens of another similar incident that transpired earlier this year. In Karnataka, a speeding two-wheeler driver avoided crashed into a bus, and whizzed past a tree to avoid collision. The video of the above-mentioned incident was also caught on security camera.

The Facts of the Matter

Elders in Indian families often share the belief of a person not dying before the arrival of their “time”. While the idea can be debated and argued upon extensively, a 9-year-old boy from Kerala proved the idea being true in a hair-raising incident that transpired recently.

In Chorukkala near Kannur, Kerala, a 9-year-old cheated death not once, but twice, within just seconds after he was caught in a potentially fatal accident. The entire incident was recorded on video, visuals of which, are going viral on the microblogging platform Twitter.

What Does the Video Show?

In the video gone viral, the 9-year-old boy can be seen crossing the road on his bicycle. The boy speeds up his bicycle to cross the road and rams into a motorcycle coming from the other end of the road. The boy is flung in the air and thrown off on the other side of the road. This is when a bus runs over the bicycle, barely a few feet away from where the boy was thrown off just a few seconds ago.

Similar Incident Happened in Karnataka

A similar incident took place earlier this year in Karnataka, where a man narrowly escaped death in a complete Fast and Furious style. The incident took place in Amblimogaru village in Ullal, Mangaluru and was caught on security camera set on the road side.

In the video gone viral, a bus was seen trying to make a U-Turn in a deserted road. Suddenly, a man on a speeding scooter emerges and somehow manages to whizz past the bus making the u-turn and ended up avoiding the collision.

The man, who narrowly escaped death, somehow ended up repeating history when he ended up almost flying his scooter past a wall, a shop and a tree to dodge death.
