In a head turning moment caught on cam, a bride in MP made a grand entry on tractor, video of which, has been winning the hearts of netizens. The bride’s swagger, which was accentuated by her sunglasses, was also appreciated by netizens on Twitter. The incident was reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Betul and the bride in question has been identified as Bharti Tagde.
In the past few years, we have all seen couples and families going to lengths to make a grand entry and leave a lasting impression in the minds of wedding guests. Further, thanks to social media, these couples and families make it a point to leave no stone turn unturned in making a grand entry, and get viral on either Facebook and Twitter.
Bharti from Betul, Madhya Pradesh was one such bride who chose a unique way to enter her wedding. Sticking to her roots, the bride chose a tractor to enter her venue. Dressed in a wedding lehenga and sunglasses, she is seen accompanied by her brothers.
Breaking all stereotypes and notions, Bharti also chose to drive the tractor, instead of merely being driven around. The incident is similar to a groom in Shimla who reportedly dropped either a ceremonial horse or car, and rode a JCB to reach the wedding venue.
The Facts of the Matter
Couples and families across the nation want to make their wedding special and memorable. To fulfil such a desire, these families and couples arrange the most wonderful, weird and often, bizarre entrances. While some of them are grand to the T, others are over the top, trying too hard, and cringe-worthy.
MP Bride Chooses Unique Entry
Recently, a bride in Madhya Pradesh managed to strike a fine balance between wonderful and weird after she chose the most unique way to enter her wedding venue. Instead of walking her way under the phoolon ki chaadar or doing a fun dance, the bride picked up a tractor and rode it to make her way to the wedding venue.

Why Bharti Chose to Drive a Tractor?
According to an India.com report, the bride in question got married earlier on May 26 this year in Madhya Pradesh’s Javra village in Betul district. In her interview, she mentioned that she wanted to do something different when it came to making an entrance as entering the wedding venue in a car or in a doli is a trend that’s getting increasingly old.
Anand Mahindra Reacts
As one would assume, the video of the coolest-bride-in-town has gone viral with netizens applauding her zeal and courage. The bride also got an approval from veteran industrialist Anand Mahindra who noted how the bride called ‘Bharti’ was driving a Mahindra tractor, which made sense to him.

Similar Incident Reported from Shimla
It should be noted that a similar incident was reported from Shimla earlier this year. In January this year, a determined groom ditched the ceremonial horse and rode a JCB to reach the wedding venue after heavy snowfall created severe blockages on road.
The groom Vijay Prakash, chose the unique way not out of a vested interest in getting viral, but out of necessity as the weather conditions didn’t allow him to ride a normal vehicle and reach his wedding venue.
